Behavior Therapist

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement treatment plans

  • Collect data on all programs and behavior

  • Collaborate with the Program Supervisor, Program Consultant, and family as needed

  • Willing to drive to client locations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field OR working towards it

  • Have no prior criminal record

  • Can provide a negative TB test

  • DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance

  • Proof of valid driver’s license and car insurance

  • Attend Encompass Consulting orientation and satisfactory completion of training

Program Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide 1:1 therapy services as needed

  • Be able to model teaching procedures as outlined by the Program Consultant to other staff members

  • Train and provide constructive feedback to Behavior Therapists and parents

  • Facilitate clinic meetings and take notes

  • Maintain program book and materials

  • Attended regular training sessions

  • Assist the Program Consultant with reports as needed

  • Maintain monthly appointment schedule

  • Willing to drive to client locations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

  • At least 2 years experience working with individuals with developmental delays

  • At least 2 years experience utilizing ABA

  • Can provide a negative TB test

  • DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance

  • Holds and restraints training certification (e.g. CPI)

  • Proof of valid driver’s license and car insurance

Program Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments

  • Write initial assessment, ongoing, and exit reports

  • Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on initial assessments

  • Update, modify, and troubleshoot treatment plans

  • Conduct monthly evaluations for Program Supervisors and Behavior Therapists

  • Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions when needed

  • Train, supervise, and provide constructive feedback to therapists, Program Supervisors, and parents

  • Be the liaison between families and funding source

  • Attend and direct weekly or bimonthly clinic meetings

  • Willing to drive to client locations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current and unencumbered BCBA certification

  • MA/MS in Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years working with individuals with autism, specifically implementing ABA-based programs.

  • At least two years formal and informal supervision by a clinical psychologist in the ABA field or BCBA
